A claim can be made if the product is damaged or has suffered transport damage upon receipt (including hidden transport damage). For all claims, please send an email to info@sekelskifte.se with your order number, the article number of the damaged item, and attach pictures of the damage.
If you receive a product directly from the transporter and notice transport damage, note this on the freight bill along with the driver. Then, inform us through the above procedure, and we will contact you.
If it's a hidden damage that is not visible until you remove the packaging, the damage should be documented with photos and emailed to info@sekelskifte.se. It's important that the damage is reported to us within 2 days of receiving the goods.
