To make a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us by sending an email to info@sekelskifte.se or fill out our contact form.
  2. In the email, provide the order number and specify which items you wish to return.
  3. We will respond with a return shipping label that you can print and attach to the package.

Please note: It is important that the items are well-packaged. They should not be sent in the product's original packaging alone but must be placed in outer packaging. We will deduct the return fee from your refund to cover return shipping costs. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. If the product or original packaging is damaged, we may apply a return deduction.
